经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术治疗冠心病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)治疗冠心病的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院收治的冠心病患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组患者予以冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)治疗,研究组患者予以PTCA治疗。比较两组心功能指标、不良心血管事件发生率、再次入院率、死亡率。结果:术前,两组左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,研究组左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者实施经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术,可提升患者心功能,降低并发症发生率及再入院率,手术安全性高,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with coronary artery disease admitted to the Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the randomized numerical table,each with 30 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)and the patients in the study group were treated with PTCA.Cardiac function indexes,incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,readmission rate,and mortality rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before surgery,the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after surgery,the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PTCA for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the patients'cardiac function;reduce the complication rate and readmission rate.
