加味香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析加味香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满证的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月成都市武侯区禄洪诊所收治的脾胃虚弱型痞满证患者110例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各55例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味香砂六君子汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、生活质量、满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);治疗后,观察组胃痛、腹胀、排便无力、大便稀溏症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组生活质量评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满证效果确切,可改善患者症状,提升患者生活质量、满意度,安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness puffan disease.Methods:A total of 110 patients with spleen and stomach weakness puffan disease were selected as the observation subjects at the Luhong Clinic in Wuhou District of Chengdu City from January 2021 to January 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015);after treatment,the symptom scores of stomach pain,abdominal distension,weak defecation,and loose stools in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness puffan disease,which can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and have high safety.
