布洛芬、针刺腰痛穴配合运动疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察布洛芬、针刺腰痛穴配合运动疗法治疗急性腰扭伤患者的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月北京市海淀区东升镇社区卫生服务中心收治的急性腰扭伤患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组采用布洛芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺腰痛穴配合运动疗法治疗。比较两组疗效、腰椎功能、腰椎活动度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032);干预后,观察组Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,观察组前屈、外展、内旋、外旋腰椎活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:布洛芬、针刺腰痛穴配合运动疗法可以改善急性腰扭伤患者腰椎功能,提高腰椎活动度。Objective:To observe the effect of ibuprofen,acupuncture at lumbar pain point combined with exercise therapy on patients with acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute lumbar sprain were selected as the study objects at the Dongsheng Town Community Health Service Center,Haidian District,Beijing from February 2021 to February 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at lumbar pain point combined with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,lumbar function and lumbar motion were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032);after intervention,the score of Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after intervention,the lumbar motion of anterior flexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ibuprofen,acupuncture at lumbar pain point combined with exercise therapy can improve the function of lumbar vertebrae and increase the motion of lumbar vertebrae in patients with acute lumbar sprain.
