血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨西医联合血塞通软胶囊治疗血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛效果。方法:选择2020年9月—2021年5月河南省中医院收治的血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者68例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组接受冠心病西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上口服血塞通软胶囊治疗,比较两组心绞痛改善情况、临床疗效、心功能及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、甘油三酯用量均优于治疗前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组左室收缩末期容积指数(LVSDVI)、左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)均降低,左室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣环心室充盈早期血流速度峰值(E峰)与晚期心室充盈心房收缩血流速度峰值(A峰)比值(E/A)均升高,LVSDVI、LVEDVI均低于对照组,LVEF、E/A均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理机能、社会功能、精神健康及情感职能评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛,可以有效改善患者心功能,提高生活质量,治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of western medicine combined with Xuesaitong soft capsule in treating unstable angina of coronary heart disease in TCM syndrome of blood stasis.Methods:68 patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease of blood stasis type admitted to Henan Province Hospital of TCM from September 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 34 cases.The control group received conventional western medical administration,while the study group was treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule on the basis of the control group.Symptoms of angina pectoris,therapeutic effect,cardiac function and quality of life were compared in two groups.Results:after treatment,the frequence of angina attacks,attack duration,triglyceride dosage of both groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of both groups was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic volumetric index(LVSDVI),left ventricular end-diastolic volumetric index(LVEDVI),left ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF)and E/A of mitral valve E wave and A-wave were better than those of the control group,LVSDVI and LVEDVI were lower than those of control group,LVEF and E/A were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after the treatment,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental health and emotional function of both groups were elevated,and the research group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuesaitong Capsule combined with western medicine for unstable angina in blood stasis type can effectively improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients.
