摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理服务在提升门诊导医护理质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年3月滨州医学院附属医院门诊收治的160例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各80例。常规组接受常规护理服务,优质组在常规组基础上接受优质护理服务。比较两组候诊时间与护患纠纷发生情况、护理质量、护理满意度。结果:优质组候诊时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);优质组护患纠纷发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);优质组导诊服务、护理安全、支助运送、行为规范、健康教育、分诊护理评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);优质组就医感受、便民服务、仪表举止及预检分诊满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理服务应用于门诊导医工作中,可有效缩短患者候诊时间,降低护患纠纷发生率,有助于提高护理质量及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application ffeet of high-quality nursing service in improving the quality of outpatient guidance nursing.Methods:A total of 160 patients were selected as the study objects at the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to March 2022 and randomly divided into two groups,with 80 patients in each group.The patients in conventional group were received routine nursing services,and the patients in high-quality group were received high--quality nursing services on the basis of the conventional group.The waiting time,nurse--patient disputes,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time of the high-quality group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0001);the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the high-quality group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of guidance service,nursing safety,support transportation,behavioral norms,health education and triage nursing in the high-quality group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the diferences were stitically significant(P<0.001);the high-quality group's satisfaction with medical treatment,convenient services,appearance and behavior,and pre-examination and triage was higher than those of the conwentional group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing service in outpatient medical guidance can ffectively shorten the waiting time of patients,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,and contribute to improving nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
