摘 要:目的:评价家属互补式健康教育护理模式在小儿发热护理中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月滨州市中心医院(结防院)收治的100例发热小儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各50例。观察组使用家属互补式健康教育护理模式,常规组使用常规护理方法。比较两组恢复指标、发热知识掌握情况、护理效果、患儿家属对护理方法的掌握程度。结果:观察组咳嗽持续时间、退热时间、住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组患儿家属对测量体温方法、降温措施、降温药物使用方法、预防措施知识掌握率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组患儿家属对相关护理方法的总掌握率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:家属互补式健康教育护理模式在小儿发热中的护理效果较好,能够提高患儿家属对发热知识和护理相关知识的掌握程度,促进患儿恢复。Objective:To evaluate the effect of family complementary health education nursing model in pediatric fever care.Methods:A total of 100 children with fever were selected as the study objects at the Binzhou Central Hospital,Joint Prevention Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and were divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with complementary family health education nursing mode,and the routine group was treated with routine nursing method.The recovery index,the knowledge of fever,the nursing ef⁃fect and the degree of family members'mastery of nursing methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The cough du⁃ration,fever reduction time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The family members of the observation group had higher knowledge of the meth⁃ods of temperature measurement,cooling measures,use of cooling drugs and preventive measures than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The total mastering rate of family members in observation group was higher than that in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Conclusion:The family complementary health education nursing mode has a good nursing effect in children with fever,which can improve the mas⁃tery of fever knowledge and nursing-related knowledge by the families of children,and promote the recovery of children.
