摘　　要：宫内感染结核病又称先天性结核病,指胎儿经胎盘感染的结核,临床罕见。笔者总结1例胎龄27+1周的先天性结核病超早产患儿护理中存在的问题和解决措施。经过全方位护理后,患儿出生后137 d顺利出院。Congenital tuberculosis,also known as intrauterine tuberculosis,refers to tuberculosis that is transmitted through the placenta to the fetus and is clinically rare.The author summarized the problems and solutions in nursing care of a case of ultra premature congenital tuberculosis with a gestational age of 27+1 weeks.After comprehensive nursing,the infant was discharged from hospital 137 days after birth.
