摘  要:介绍了锻造压机框架的结构型式与预紧方式,并详细阐述了液压拉伸器预紧锻造压机框架的方式,对该预紧方式的关键技术进行研究,根据胡克定律对大型锻造压机预应力框架进行数学建模,以60 MN锻造压机为例,建立三维模型,对整机框架进行液压拉伸器预紧有限元仿真计算,并对计算结果进行分析,得出该整机框架的理论工作寿命约在80年。研究成果应用于西南铝锻造厂某重型锻造压机上,取得了良好效果。The structural form and pretightening method of forging press frame are introduced.The pretightening method for forging press frame by hydraulic tensioner is described in detail.The key technology of the pretightening method is studied.According to Hooke’s law,the prestressed frame of large forging press is modeled mathematically.Taking 6000t forging press as an example,the 3D model is established.The finite element simulation calculation of pretightened press frame by hydraulic tensioner is carried out,and the calculation results are analyzed.It is concluded that the theoretical service life of the whole press frame is about 80 years.The research findings have been applied to a heavy forging press in Southwest Aluminum Forging Plant,and good results have been obtained.
