摘 要:基于主动轮刹车、夹轨器和锚定机构等常用防风抗滑措施在船厂大型起重机械防风抗滑应用中的局限性,以及船厂锚地建设成本和区域设备干涉等原因,起重机械在遇到突发强风时无法及时回到锚地,故此类突发状况应采用合理方式紧急避险。本文首先分析近几年多起大风造成的事故处置情况,然后针对目前船厂常用的抗风防滑措施进行剖析,接着通过对比计算分析防溜铁鞋止滑能力在不同部署形式中的差异性。最后对防溜铁鞋抗风防滑的应用进行总结。Due to the limitations of common windproof and anti-skid devices such as driving wheel brake,rail clamp and anchoring mechanism in the windproof and anti-skid application of large gantry crane in shipyard,as well as the construction cost of shipyard anchorage and interference of the regional equipment,the shipbuilding gantry crane cannot return to the anchorage in time while encountering the suddenly strong wind,so such emergencies shall be avoided in a reasonable way.In this paper the disposal of accidents caused by high winds in recent years and the windproof and anti-skid measures commonly taken in shipyard are analyzed,and the skid resistances of anti-slip iron shoes in different deployment modes are comparatively calculated.The application of anti-slip iron shoes is summarized in the last part.
