摘  要:某型号鼓形齿接轴内齿圈,具有窄空刀槽、齿面硬度高的特点。通过优化插齿刀具、刮削参数、刀具刃磨方式等工艺手段,完成了鼓形齿接轴硬齿面内齿圈的制造,其齿面精度满足设计预期,提升了鼓形齿接轴整体质量的稳定性及使用寿命。The inner gear ring of a certain type of drum shaped tooth joint shaft has the characteristics of narrow and empty cutter groove and high hardness of tooth surface.By optimizing the technical process methods such as gear shaping tools,scraping parameters and tool grinding methods,the manufacturing of the hard tooth surface inner gear ring of the drum tooth joint shaft has been completed.The accuracy of tooth surface meets the design expectations,and improves the stability of the overall quality and service life of the drum tooth joint shaft.
