摘　　要：基于山东省滨州市博兴县A镇资本下乡的发展经验,考察下乡资本逐利性与农业发展可持续性之间的冲突及共生可能性,且揭示二者共生机制。结果表明:以资本项目为载体,借助利益联结和基层党组织带动引领,构建多元主体有序良性互动的协同机制;依托资本下乡环境优化和招商引资项目提质增效,构建资本精准下乡并长期投资的保障机制;凭借农村内生资源开发利用和农业产业韧性增强提升,构建农业与资本高维度耦合共振的同频机制,是实现资本逐利性与农业发展可持续性共生的三大关键机制。据此,建议有效畅通资本下乡渠道、严格控制与管理资本下乡风险、维护“三农”与下乡资本的平等发展地位,助推下乡资本逐利性与农业发展可持续性从冲突走向共生。Based on the development of capital going to the countryside in town A,Boxing country,Binzhou city,Shandong province,this paper investigates the conflict and symbiotic possibility between the profit-seeking nature of capital going to the countryside and the sustainability of agricultural development,and reveals the symbiotic mechanism of the two.The results show that with capital projects as the carrier,with the help of interest linkage and grassroots party organizations,the cooperative mechanism of orderly and benign interaction of multiple subjects is constructed;Relying on the environmental optimization of capital going to the countryside and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of investment projects,a guarantee mechanism is built to ensure that capital goes to the countryside accurately for long-term investment.The development and utilization of rural endogenous resources and the enhancement of agricultural industrial toughness are the three key mechanisms to realize the symbiosis of capital profit-seeking and agricultural development sustainability to build a high-dimensional coupling resonance mechanism between agriculture and capital.Accordingly,it is suggested to effectively unblock the channels and strictly control and manage the risks of capital going to the countryside,safeguard the equal development status of agriculture,countryside and farmers and capital going to the countryside,and promote the profit-seeking nature of capital going to the countryside and the sustainability of agricultural development from conflict to symbiosis.
