摘　　要：基于2018年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS),使用熵权法构建农户家庭韧性指数,并运用Probit模型分析农户家庭韧性对农业转移人口市民化意愿的影响及生计资本在其中的作用机制。结果表明:家庭韧性的提高显著增强农业转移人口的市民化意愿,该结论在考虑内生性问题且进行一系列稳健性检验后仍然可靠;异质性分析发现,家庭韧性对家中无耕地、父母有外出经历和新型城镇化试点区的农业转移人口市民化意愿的影响更大;机制分析表明,农业转移人口的生计资本在家庭韧性影响农业转移人口市民化意愿过程中起到中介作用。据此,建议多举措增强农业内生韧性,着力提升农户生计资本水平,分层次有序地推进农业转移人口市民化。Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)in 2018,the entropy weight method is used to construct the farmers’household resilience index,and the Probit model is used to analyze the influence of household resilience on the citizenization willingness of agricultural transfer population and the mechanism of livelihood capital.The results show that the improvement of family resilience significantly enhances the willingness of agricultural transfer population to be citizenized.This conclusion remains reliable after endogenous problem treatment and a series of robustness tests.Heterogeneity analysis shows that family resilience has a greater influence on the citizenization willingness of agricultural transfer population living in new urbanization pilot areas who have no arable land at home and whose parents have experience as migrant workers.Mechanism analysis shows that the livelihood capital of agricultural transfer population plays an intermediary role in the process of family resilience affecting their citizenization willingness.Accordingly,it is suggested that multiple measures should be taken to improve the endogenous resilience of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and that more efforts should be made to enhance farmers’livelihood capital level so as to promote the citizenization of agricultural transfer population in an orderly and hierarchical way.
