摘 要:基于武汉和平大道南延工程北侧深基坑开挖工程,通过现场实测和三维数值模拟,研究黏土地层深基坑开挖对邻近建筑物影响规律。研究发现,建筑物挠曲变形趋势及程度取决于其所跨区间土体沉降曲线特征;建筑物的约束作用减小了地表沉降曲线的上凸区域沉降量,使沉降曲线更平缓;基坑开挖坑角效应会改变土体位移场导致建筑物在空间上发生不均匀沉降和挠曲变形;建筑物最大角变量小于容许值,说明其尚处于安全状态。Based on the deep foundation excavation project on the north side of the South Extension Project of Heping Avenue in Wuhan,the influence of deep foundation excavation on adjacent buildings in clay strata is studied by field measurement and three⁃dimensional numerical simulation.It is found that the trend and degree of flexural deformation of buildings depend on the characteristics of the soil settlement curve across the interval.The constraint of the building reduces the settlement of the convex area of the surface settlement curve and makes the settlement curve gentler.The corner effect of foundation excavation will change the soil displacement field and lead to uneven settlement and flexural deformation of buildings in space.The maximum angle variable of the building is less than the allowable value,indicating that it is still in a safe state.
