摘 要:针对黄河湿地自然保护区环保要求高、应用分布式后压浆工艺、传统拔除钢护筒方法难以实施等一系列桩基施工难题,采用泵吸反循环施工,创造性研发出泥浆自循环系统,实现泥浆零污染零排放。使用分布式后压浆技术,压浆管、声测管双管合一,桩侧、桩端同步压浆,显著提高桩基承载力,并运用智能化建造技术对压浆过程进行实时监测和控制,压浆量、压浆压力自动采集并实时上传。通过采用空压机气顶技术拔除钢护筒,施工方便、环保经济,最终实现主桥72根桩基施工。In view of the high environmental protection requirements of the Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve,the application of distributed post grouting technology,and a series of pile foundation construction problems such as difficulty in implementing the traditional method to remove steel casing,etc.,the pump suction reverse circulation construction is adopted,and the mud self-circulation system is creatively developed to achieve zero pollution and zero discharge of mud.Using the distributed post grouting technology,the grouting pipe and the acoustic measuring pipe were combined,and the pile side and the pile end were synchronously grouted,which significantly improves the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.The intelligent construction technology was used to monitor and control the grouting process in real time,and the grouting amount and grouting pressure were automatically collected and uploaded in real time.The air-jacking technology of an air compressor was applied to remove the steel casing,which is convenient,environmentally friendly and economical,and finally the construction of the 72 pile foundations of the main bridge has been realized.
