摘 要:对考虑两种界面状态和3种填芯长度的PHC⁃600⁃B⁃130管桩混凝土填芯足尺试件开展轴心抗拔静载试验,获得了极限轴心抗拔荷载值、界面滑移量、分段黏结强度和平均黏结强度等试验数据。分析试验数据表明:相同填芯长度下,管桩内壁的两种界面状态对极限轴心抗拔荷载值影响并不明显;相同界面状态下,极限轴心抗拔荷载值随着填芯长度的增加呈线性增大趋势;混凝土填芯界面平均黏结强度试验值介于0.618~0.692MPa。相对试件加载远端,加载近端处的填芯混凝土界面黏结强度和滑移量均相对较大,表明加载端的填芯混凝土承担了大部分的轴拉荷载;无端板试件的PHC管桩在加载端附近出现竖向开裂,表明加载端填芯混凝土在轴拉作用下存在剪胀现象,应引起重视。The axial pull⁃out static load test of PHC⁃600⁃B⁃130 pipe pile core concrete full⁃scale specimens considering two kinds of interface states and three kinds of core length was carried out,and the ultimate axial pull⁃out load value,interface slip,segmented bond strength,average bond strength,etc.were obtained.The analysis of these test data shows that under the same core length,the two interface states of the inner wall of the pipe pile have no obvious influence on the ultimate axial uplift load value.Under the same interface state,the ultimate axial uplift load value increases linearly with the increase in the filling length.The average bond strength of the core concrete interface is between 0.618 MPa and 0.692 MPa.Compared with the far end of the specimen loading,the interface bond strength and slip of the core concrete at the proximal end of the loading are relatively large,indicating that the core concrete at the loading end bears most of the axial tensile load.The vertical cracking of the PHC pipe pile of no⁃end plate specimen near the loading end shows that the core concrete at the loading end has shear dilation phenomena under the action of axial tension,which should be paid attention to.
