摘　　要：通过分析山西省的历史文化传统、自然资源禀赋、区位地理交通、产业基础结构等方面的优势和潜力,找出山西省对外经济合作、科技合作交流、经济社会发展面临的重大机遇及主要制约因素和短板,借鉴优秀经验,结合目前山西省参与“一带一路”建设的现状,创新体制机制,加强科技创新合作,主动融入“一带一路”建设对策建议。By analyzing the historical and cultural traditions,natural resource endowments,geographical location,transportation,industrial infrastructure and other advantages and potential of Shanxi Province,we can find out the major opportunities,major constraints and weaknesses faced by Shanxi's foreign economic cooperation,scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges,and economic and social development.We can learn from excellent experience,combine the current situation of Shanxi Province's participation in the"the Belt and Road"construction,innovate systems and mechanisms,and strengthen scientific and technological innovation cooperation,actively integrate into the countermeasures and suggestions of the"the Belt and Road"construction.
