摘　　要：为了解决煤矿机电设备状态监测难题,基于物联网技术,结合A煤矿机电设备组成及特点,开发了一套机电设备状态物联网监测系统,通过ZigBee技术、互联网技术、工业视频监控、RFID标签、Web Serrvice平台技术及传感器节点技术等,对煤矿的采煤机、通风机、液压支架和变压器等机电设备的运行状态进行实时监测,提前发现设备故障问题,并及时消除,确保煤矿机电设备能够安全、稳定运行。In order to solve the problem of coal mine electromechanical equipment condition monitoring,based on the Internet of Things technology,combined with the composition and characteristics of A coal mine electromechanical equipment,a set of electromechanical equipment condition Internet of Things monitoring system was developed,through ZigBee technology,Internet technology,industrial video monitoring,RFID tags,Web Serrvice platform technology and sensor node technology,etc.,to the coal mine coal mine,ventilator,hydraulic support and transformer and other electromechanical equipment operating status real-time monitoring,hydraulic support and transformer and other electromechanical equipment,real-time monitoring of the operating status of the coal mine,equipment failure problems found in advance and eliminated in a timely manner,to ensure that the coal mine electromechanical equipment can be safe and stable operation.
