摘　　要：通过对某型动车组轴承压装过程进行力学分析,计算得出理论的轴承压装力曲线图;然后对一些异常的轴承压装曲线进行原因分析,并提出改进优化措施,来保证轴承压装曲线和压装质量符合要求。Through the mechanical analysis of a certain type of rolling stock bearing press-fitting process,the theoretical bearing press-fitting force curve is calculated;then some abnormal bearing press-fitting curves are analysed,and improvement and optimization measures are proposed to ensure that the bearing press-fitting curves and press-fitting quality meet the requirements.
