摘　　要：SQ集团由于新冠疫情的突然爆发,导致了停工停产,进而导致了销售量的下降。针对SQ集团突发性风险应对能力差这一点,通过对其财务指标分析,以及SWOT分析、战略地图分析等,对SQ集团的战略预算管理优化提出相关建议:加强内部后勤及采购管理,预算编制时考虑突发性风险;加强对员工培训及内部流程优化,在为客户创造更多价值的基础上维持稳定的利润水平。SQ Group's sudden outbreak of Xin Guan epidemic led to the suspension of work and production,which in turn led to the decline of sales.In view of SQ Group's poor ability to cope with sudden risks,through the analysis of its financial indicators,as well as SWOT analysis,strategy map analysis,etc.,it puts forward the relevant recommendations for the optimisation of SQ Group's strategic budgetary management:to strengthen the internal logistic and purchasing management,and to consider the sudden risks in the preparation of budgets;to strengthen the training of employees and the optimisation of the internal process,and to maintain the stable profit level on the basis of creating more value for the customers.profit level.
