国有煤炭企业综合经营计划管理的应用模式探讨

摘　　要：当前,国有煤炭企业正处于全面深化改革的关键时期。为实现经济的高质量发展,国有煤炭企业应积极建立符合市场经济发展要求的企业经济管理新模式,加强内部管理,切实保障生产运营等各个环节的工作有序、有效开展,最大限度夯实发展基础,推动企业高质量发展。围绕国有煤炭企业综合经营计划管理模式进行探究,分析了当前国有煤炭企业综合经营计划管理模式的应用现状及存在的不足,并提出针对性的创新改革策略,以期提升国有企业综合经营管理水平。At present,state-owned coal enterprises are in a critical period of comprehensive deepening reform.In order to achieve high-quality economic development,state-owned coal enterprises should actively establish a new mode of enterprise economic management in line with the requirements of the market economy,strengthen internal management,and effectively ensure that all aspects of production and operation are carried out in an orderly and effective manner,so as to maximise the development of a solid foundation for the development of the development of the results.Around the state-owned coal enterprises comprehensive management plan management mode to explore,analysed the current state-owned coal enterprises comprehensive management plan management mode of the application of the status quo and deficiencies,and put forward targeted innovation and reform strategies,in order to enhance the level of state-owned enterprises comprehensive management.
