煤矿智能干法分选机CXR-1000的应用探究

摘　　要：对原煤跳汰机分选方式中存在的原煤分选精度低、原煤流失、工人工作环境差、劳动强度高、维护成本高等问题进行了探究。选择应用智能干法分选机CXR-1000这种原煤分选方式进行原煤分选,解决了上述问题。但在使用智能干法分选机CXR-1000过程中,遇到一个新的问题。分选执行装置的喷气嘴经常堵塞,造成分选执行装置的电磁阀易损坏。为解决此问题,使用滚动筛替换振动筛,改进了除尘系统,最终解决了喷气嘴堵塞问题,降低了电磁阀的损坏率,为徐庄煤矿每年直接创效1413万元。The problems of low sorting accuracy,loss of raw coal,poor working environment,high labour intensity,high maintenance cost,etc.,which exist in the sorting method of raw coal jigger,are mainly explored.The choice of applying the intelligent dry sorting machine CXR-1000,which is a raw coal sorting method,for raw coal sorting solves the above problems.However,a new problem was encountered in the process of using the intelligent dry sorting machine CXR-1000.The jet nozzle of the sorting actuator is often clogged,causing the solenoid valve of the sorting actuator to be easily damaged.In order to solve this problem,the vibrating screen was replaced by a tumbler screen,and the dust removal system was improved,which finally solved the problem of air-jet nozzle clogging and reduced the damage rate of the solenoid valve.It directly generates 14.13 million RMB per year for Xuzhuang Coal Mine.
