摘 要:针对N1000-25/600/600超超临界机组回热抽汽级数优化进行分析与研究,利用热平衡法及热力学方程,计算抽汽级数分别为8段和9段时回热系统热经济性。结果显示,相比于8段抽汽,9段抽汽的回热系统可使全厂热耗率降低285.12 kJ/(kW·h),全场发电标准煤耗率减少0.00976 kg/(kW·h),折合计算1台机组20年总收益,可增加2610.60万元。The optimisation of the number of heat rejection stages of N1000-25/600/600 ultra-supercritical unit is analysed and investigated,and the thermal economy of the heat rejection system is calculated when the number of steam rejection stages is 8 and 9 respectively by using the heat balance method and thermodynamic equations.The results show that compared with the 8-stage extraction,the 9-stage extraction heat return system can reduce the heat consumption rate of the whole plant by 285.12 kJ/(kw-h),and the standard coal consumption rate of the whole site power generation by 0.00976 kg/(kw-h),which is equivalent to calculate the total revenue of one unit for 20 years,and can increase 26.1060 million Yuan.
