双循环背景下开封创新型企业发展策略探究

摘　　要：创新型企业是创新驱动战略实施的生力军。在双循环大背景下,开封出台了大量政策法规,以推动创新型企业发展。但在人才、资金保障及产业创新体系的建立上仍存在一些不足之处,距离企业诉求还有一些差距。应深入分析原因,积极完善金融支持政策,优化人才政策,强化数字赋能,夯实供应链平台,推动经济高质量发展。Innovative enterprises are the new force for the implementation of innovation-driven strategy.Based on the double cycle background,Kaifeng has introduced a large number of policies and regulations to promote the development of innovative enterprises.However,there are still some shortcomings in the establishment of talent,capital security and industrial innovation system,and there are still some gaps from the demands of enterprises.Kaifeng should deeply analyze the reasons,actively improve financial support policies,optimize talent policies,strengthen digital empowerment,innovate the“supply chain”platform,and promote high-quality economic and social development.
