摘　　要：目的探讨热敏灸联合三黄泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年9月江西医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的60例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用区组化随机数分组法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。研究组患者采用热敏灸联合三黄泻心汤进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规方式进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及临床表现评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的症状、体征、辅助检查评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的症状、体征、辅助检查评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合三黄泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡可显著提高总体治疗有效率,改善患者主要症状、体征及幽门螺杆菌感染。Objective To investigate the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction on peptic ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with peptic ulcer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)by using regional random number grouping method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the study group were treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with San-huang Xiexin Decoction.The clinical therapeutic effect and clinical performance score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination scores of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve the overall treatment effi-ciency of peptic ulcer,improve the main symptoms,signs and helicobacter pylori infection of patients.
