五味消毒饮联合金黄散外敷治疗下肢丹毒的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨五味消毒饮联合金黄散外敷治疗下肢丹毒的临床效果,为下肢丹毒的中医临床治疗提供实践依据。方法选取2021年1月至2022年11月于南京中医药大学附属南京中医院普外科住院治疗的64例下肢丹毒患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(33例)对照组(31例)。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾静脉抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上采用五味消毒饮联合金黄散外敷治疗,两组均连续治疗10d。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、皮损消失时间、皮温恢复正常时间的变化情况。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的白细胞计数及C反应蛋白水平、VAS评分均低于对照组,且治疗组的患肢皮损消失时间、患肢皮温恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五味消毒饮联合金黄散外敷治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction combined with Jinhuang Powder external application in the treatment of lower limb erysipelas,and to provide practical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine clin-ical treatment of lower limb erysipelas.Methods A total of 64 patients with lower limb erysipelas who were hospitalized in the Department of General Surgery of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were di-vided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium intravenous anti infection therapy,and the treatment group was treated with external application of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction combined with Jinhuang Powder on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 consecutive days.The changes in the total effective rate,the levels of white blood cell count and C-reactive protein(CRP),visual analogue score(VAS),skin lesion disappearance time,and skin temperature recovery time between the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The levels of white blood cell count and C-reactive protein,and VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the disap-pearance time of affected limb lesions and the recovery time of affected limb skin temperature in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wuwei Xi-aodu Decoction combined with Jinhuang Powder has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of lower limb erysipelas.
