摘　　要：目的通过对大学生心理健康状况进行调查以促进大学生更有效地学习和生活。方法采用分层抽样与整群抽样相结合的方法,于2021年10月至2022年10月分析齐齐哈尔大学大二至大四学生的基本资料。应用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)量表评估不同年级大学生心理健康情况。结果997名大学生中,中度以上存在心理问题的学生有97名,检出率为9.73%;与大三、大四及无睡眠障碍的学生相比,大二及有睡眠障碍学生的心理问题检出率、GHQ-12得分、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、抑郁、精神病性症因子得分均高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐齐哈尔大学学生心理健康水平较高,其中大二学生心理健康状况较为严重,应重视及有针对性地对大二学生进行心理疏导。Objective To investigate the mental health status of college students in order to promote their study and life more effectively.Methods The basic data of sophomores and seniors in Qiqihar University were analyzed from October 2021 to October 2022 by combining stratified sampling with cluster sampling.The mental health status of college students in dif-ferent grades was evaluated by self rating mental symptom scale(SCL-90)and general health questionnaire(GHQ-12).Results Among 997 college students,there were 97 students with moderate psychological problems,the detection rate was 9.73%.Compared with juniors,seniors and students without sleep disorders,sophomores and students with sleep disorders had higher detection rate of psychological problems,GHQ-12 score,obsessive,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,depression and psychotic factors score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health level of students in Qiqihar University is good,among which the mental health status of sophomores is more serious.It is necessary to pay attention to and conduct targeted psychological counseling for sophomores.
