“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式在急性闭角型青光眼手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式在急性闭角型青光眼手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2023年2月九江市第一人民医院收治的80例急性闭角型青光眼手术患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组施以眼科常规护理,观察组实施“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式。观察两组的心理状态评分、视力水平、眼压值、前房深度、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果干预结束后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及术后3 d时的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压水平均低于对照组,术后3 d时的中央前房深度(CACD)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预结束后的生活质量评分(QOL)评分低于对照组,纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性闭角型青光眼手术患者实施“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式能够较好地缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,有助于患者术后恢复以及提升生活质量,护理效果令人满意。Objective To study the application effect of the full-view nursing model under the concept of"whole-person"in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery.Methods From July 2021 to February 2023,80 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma who underwent surgery in the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine ophthalmic care,while the observation group implemented a full-view nursing model under the"whole person"concept.The psychological status score,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior depth,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)at 3 days after surgery,and intraocular pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the central anterior chamber depth(CACD)at 3 days after surgery was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,t he quality of life score(QOL)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale(NSNS)score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery,the full-view nursing model under the concept of"whole person"can better relieve their anxiety and depression,help patients to recover after surgery and improve the quality of life,and the nursing effect is satisfactory.
