城市全民健身公共体育设施资源配置优化研究——从配置满意度角度

摘　　要：当前,公共体育设施资源供给已无法满足居民日益增长的体育需求。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和主成分分析法,从公共体育设施的规模、布局、结构、安全和使用等5个维度对合肥市全民健身公共体育设施资源配置的居民满意度进行调查。可以看出,合肥市居民除了对结构因子中的部分指标满意度较高外,对公共体育设施其他因子及指标的满意度都比较一般。因此,要强化供给和需求对接,完善保障机制,优化公共体育设施资源配置,推动全民健身事业的高质量发展。At present,the supply of public sports facility resources can no longer meet the growing sports needs of residents.By means of literature research,interview,questionnaire and principal component analysis,the paper investigates the residents’satisfaction with the resource allocation of public sports facilities for national fitness in the city of Hefei City from five dimensions of the scale,layout,structure,safety and use of public sports facilities.It can be seen that Hefei residents show a high satisfaction with some of the structural factors,while they show a low satisfaction with other factors and indicators of public sports facilities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the connection between supply and demand,improve the guarantee mechanism,optimize the allocation of public sports facility resources,and promote the high-quality development of national fitness industry.
