摘 要:非专业运动员身份教练员作为体教融合实施过程中的践行者和实现体育强国梦的助推者,在自身专业化提升过程中,有多重困难亟待解决。基于此,本研究通过文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,对义务教育阶段非专业运动员身份教练员专业化提升问题进行系统归纳,结合一线教学环境的现实境况给予纾解之策。Coaches from non-professional athletes serve as a practitioner in the implementation process of sports education integration and a promoter of realizing the dream of becoming a sports power nation.Multiple difficulties urgently need to be solved in the process of self-professionalization improvement.Based on this,this study systematically summarizes the professionalization improvement of coaches from non-professional athletes in compulsory education through literature review,interview and logical analysis,and provides solutions in combination with the actual situation of the frontline teaching environment.
