一例参麦注射液致敏的病例分析及药物调整

摘　　要：目的:提示医师和药师要关注临床规范应用中药注射剂时发生的药品不良事件(ADE),并及时调整药物治疗方案。方法:报道1例在静脉滴注参麦注射液时发生过敏反应,停药后更换其他治疗药物的案例,并结合国内外文献资料进行分析与讨论。结果与结论:本案例中参麦注射液应用合理,患者发生皮疹、瘙痒等反应可能与参麦注射液的辅料聚山梨酯80或生产过程中形成的超分子化合物诱发免疫应答有关。Objective:To suggest that physicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse drug events(ades)during the clinical standard application of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and adjust the drug treatment regimen in time.Methods:A case of anaphylaxis after intravenous infusion of Shenmai injection was reported,which was changed to other therapeutic drugs after withdrawal.Results&CONCLUSIONS:The application of Shenmai injection in this case was reasonable.The occurrence of rash and pruritis in patients may be related to immune response induced by polysorbate 80,the adjuvant of Shenmai injection,or supramolecular compounds formed in the production process.
