拇指再造患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨拇指再造术患者术前及术后的护理模式及要点。方法:23例拇指再造患者术前加强心理护理,交代手术前后禁止吸烟,术后注意密切观察再造拇指的皮色、皮温、毛细血管反流以及肿胀等征象,及时处理血管危象。结果:22例再造拇指顺利成活,成活率95.6%,再造拇指外形与功能良好。结论:手术前后加强心理护理及健康宣教,严密观察再造拇指血运并及时处理异常情况是手术成功的关键。Objective:To explore the nursing mode and main points of thumb reconstruction patients before and after surgery.Methods:23 cases of thumb reconstruction patients were given intensive psychological care before and after surgery,no smoking was allowed before and after surgery,and the signs of skin color,skin temperature,capillary reflux and swelling of the reconstructed thumb were closely observed after surgery,and vascular crisis was timely treated.Results:22 cases of reconstructed thumb survived successfully,the survival rate was 95.6%,the shape and function of reconstructed thumb were good.Conclusion:The key to the success of the operation is to strengthen psychological nursing and health education before and after the operation,observe closely the blood circulation of the reconstructed thumb and deal with the abnormal condition in time.
