浅析持续护理干预对帕金森病患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨持续护理干预对帕金森病患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月-2023年2月本院收治的帕金森病患者90例纳入研究,随机分组,对照组(45例)常规护理,观察组(45例)持续护理干预,对比效果。结果:观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分优于对照组(P<0.05);生理、社会、独立、心理、环境评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对帕金森病患者进行持续护理干预能排解负面情绪,增强满意度,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and quality of life of Parkinson’s disease patients.Methods 90 cases of Parkinson’s disease patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected to be included in the study,randomly grouped,the control group(45 cases)routine care,the observation group(45 cases)continuous nursing intervention,and compare the effect.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group,lower than the control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group(P<0.05);motor function scores and daily living ability scores of the observation group,better than the control group(P<0.05);and physiological,social,independence,psychological and environmental scores,higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Parkinson’s disease,continuous nursing intervention can detoxify negative emotions,enhance satisfaction,and improve quality of life.
