摘　　要：目的:分析某三级甲等综合医院妊娠哺乳用药咨询门诊的药品咨询数据,为开展妊娠与哺乳期药学门诊服务提供参考。方法:由妇产科专业临床药师开展妊娠哺乳用药咨询门诊,选取2020年4月-2023年3月前往自贡市第四人民医院进行用药咨询的患者为研究对象,记录患者的基本信息及咨询药品,解答妊娠与哺乳妇女的药品咨询问题,随访并记录其妊娠或哺乳结局。结果:共纳入妊娠及备孕期妇女160例、哺乳期妇女20例;其中妊娠期妇女咨询药品涉及309种,药品咨询次数共计570次,人均咨询药品数3.56次;哺乳期妇女咨询药品共43种,药品咨询次数共计51次,人均咨询药品数2.55次;中药材及中成药、抗微生物药及内分泌系统用药是就诊妇女最常见的咨询药物,咨询频率排名前五的药品为:左炔诺孕酮片、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片/分散片、聚维酮碘溶液、阿莫西林胶囊、叶酸片。结论:妊娠哺乳专科药学门诊开设,应注意积累高频咨询药品的药学专业知识;对于存在妊娠或哺乳用药风险的药品,建议妊娠及哺乳期妇女使用前咨询专业临床药师,保障用药安全和有效。Objective Analyze the drug consultation data of the pregnancy and lactation medication consultation clinic of a tertiary A comprehensive hospital,to provide reference for the development of pregnancy and lactation pharmacy outpatient services.Methods The antenatal and breastfeeding medication consultation outpatient service was conducted by clinical pharmacists specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.Patients who sought medication consultation at Pharmacy Department of Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital from April 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study population.Basic information of the patients and the drugs they consulted on were recorded.Pregnancy and breastfeeding-related medication consultation questions were answered,and the pregnancy or breastfeeding outcomes were followed up and documented.Results A total of 160 pregnant women and 20 lactating women were included;Among them,there are 309 types of medication consultations for pregnant women,with a total of 570 drug consultations and a per capita consultation of 3.56 drugs;There are a total of 43 types of medication consultations for lactating women,with a total of 51 drug consultations and an average of 2.55 consultations per person;Traditional Chinese medicine,antimicrobials and endocrine system drugs are the most common consultation drugs for women seeking medical advice.The top five drugs for consultation frequency are levonorgestrel tablets,amoxicillin potassium clavulanate tablets/dispersible tablets,povidone iodine solution,amoxicillin capsules and folic acid tablets.Conclusions When setting up a specialized pharmacy clinic for pregnancy and lactation,attention should be paid to accumulating professional knowledge of high-frequency consultation drugs;For drugs that pose a risk of pregnancy or lactation medication,it is recommended that pregnant and lactating women consult a professional clinical pharmacist before use to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication.
