靳氏舌三针联合吡拉西坦治疗中风失语症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中风失语症患者应用靳氏舌三针联合吡拉西坦的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年12月梅州市第二中医医院收治的80例中风失语症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组采用传统针刺疗法治疗,治疗组采用靳氏舌三针联合吡拉西坦治疗,两组均治疗2周。对比两组临床疗效、语言功能、脑血流动力学指标、神经功能、血清学指标、生活质量和不良反应。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表(CRRCAE)各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中动脉、后动脉、前动脉平均血流速度高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血管内皮素(ET)水平低于对照组,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中风失语症患者应用靳氏舌三针联合吡拉西坦治疗可改善语言功能、神经功能及脑动力学,提升患者生活质量,有助于调节ET、CGRP水平,且安全性好。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Jin's tongue three needle combined with piracetam on stroke aphasia patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with stroke aphasia admitted to the second hospital of traditional chinese medicine in Meizhou city from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Jin's tongue three needle therapy combined with piracetam.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,language function,cerebral hemodynamic indicators,neurological function,serological indicators,quality of life,and adverse reactions between two groups.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of the China rehabilitation research center chinese standard aphasia examination scale(CRRCAE)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of the middle,posterior,and anterior arteries in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the neurological deficit score(NIHSS)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of endothelin(ET)and Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SF-36 scores in all dimensions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jin's tongue three needles and piracetam is effective and safe in the treatment of stroke aphasia,which is beneficial for promoting patient recovery.
