摘  要:目的:探究3D打印技术辅助Salter骨盆截骨术治疗儿童发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)疗效及对髋关节形态和功能恢复的影响。方法:选择接受3D打印技术辅助Salter骨盆截骨术治疗的DDH患儿46例纳入观察组,同期接受常规Salter骨盆截骨术治疗的DDH患儿50例纳入对照组。记录两组手术时长、术中出血量、术中透射次数、住院费用,比较两组治疗4个月后临床效果(Mckay临床评定标准),对比治疗前、治疗4个月后两组髋关节功能[日本骨科协会髋功能评分(JOA)]、影像学指标[髋臼指数(AI)、中心边缘角(CEA)、头臼指数(AHI)]的变化。结果:观察组患儿手术时长显著短于对照组,术中出血量、术中透射次数显著低于对照组,治疗有效率显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组住院费用比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗4个月后,两组CEA、AHI、JOA评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05),AI均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术辅助Salter骨盆截骨术治疗儿童DDH的疗效显著,能实现髋关节精准复位,显著改善患儿的髋关节功能。Objective:To explore the effects of 3D printing technology supplemented with Salter pelvic osteotomy in the treatment of developmental dislocation of the hip(DDH)in children and its influence on the hip joint morphology and functional recovery.Methods:The clinical data of children with DDH who received 3D printing supplemented with Salter pelvic osteotomy were retrospectively analyzed,and 46 cases were randomly selected and included in observation group.The clinical data of children with DDH who received conventional Salter pelvic osteotomy during the same period were retrospectively analyzed,and 50 cases were randomly enrolled as control group.The surgical duration,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative transmission frequency and hospitalization cost in the two groups were recorded,and the clinical effect(Mckay clinical evaluation criteria)after 4 months of treatment,and hip joint function(Japanese Orthopedic Association[JOA]hip function score)and imaging indicators(Acetabular Index[AI],center edge angle[CEA],Acetabular Head Index[AHI])before treatment and after 4 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical duration in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative transmission frequency were significantly less than those in control group,and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in hospitalization cost between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 months of treatment,the CEA,AHI and JOA scores in both groups were significantly increased,and the indicators in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the AI was significantly decreased,and the AI in observation group was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing technology supplemented with Salter pelvic osteotomy has a significant efficacy,and it can achieve accurate hip joint reduction and significantly improve the
