从“心部于表”论风药治疗冠心病

摘　　要：“心部于表”是对心的生理功能与表从属关系的高度概括。“心部于表”与肾治于里相对而言,阳主外,主动,意为心脏调节在表的阳气,而肾脏统摄在内的阴气,两者内外协调而使气血阴阳相顺接,维持人体正常生理功能。又心藏神,主血脉,为五脏六腑之主,主宰人体生命活动,心阳、心气鼓动气血津液外舍于周身,沟通表里,为心藏神提供物质基础。若心阳、心气受损,邪由表入,或邪由内生,风痰瘀血等病理产物损伤络脉,或直中心脉,皆可导致心脏受损。风之轻而气盛者,皆属风药。不仅具有开泄腠理,发散外邪之功,还可畅达阳气,行气胜湿,化瘀通络,醒神开窍,药力直趋病所。疏风散邪以理经通络,运转气机而畅通血脉之心;又可振奋阳气,化瘀解郁而恢复心之神识;前可畅达肝脾气机,燥湿醒脾,调和气血而助心之功能恢复。基于“心部于表”的理论内涵,探索风药理心之功,为临床治疗冠心病提供参考。“Heart part in surface”is a high generalization of physiological function in heart and the relationship between surface.“Heart part in surface”and kidney treatment in relative,Yang master outside,active,meaning heart regulates Yangqi in table,and kidney controls Yinqi,both internal and external coordination and make the Qixue Yinyang phase connection,maintain normal physiological function.And the heart hides Shen and blood,the master of Wuzang Liufu and human life activities.Xinyang Xinqi encourages Qixue Jinye outside body communication surface.Provide material basis for mind to hide Shen.If Xinyang and Xinqi damaged,evil enters from surface,or evil comes from internal,and pathological products damage choroid veinsuch as Fengtan Yuxue or straight central pulseleading to heart damage.The light of wind and energeticare wind medicine.It not only has function of opening and draining Couli diverging the evil,reach Yangqi,Xingqi Shengshi,Huayu Tongluo,Xingshen Kaiqiao.Dispersing wind and evil to clear channels and collaterals,running Qi and unblocking heart of blood vessels.It can also stimulate Yangqi,dispelling stasis depression and restoring spiritual consciousness of heart.Before it can reach Ganpi Qiji,dry and wet awake spleen,harmonizing Qixue helping restore heart function.Based on the connotation of“heart part in surface”explores the function of wind pharmacology and heart for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
