名中医刘智斌应用触骨针法治疗痛症经验

摘　　要：疼痛性疾病患病率高、时间久,严重影响人们日常生活,而常用镇痛药存在耐药、不良反应等局限。刘智斌基于短刺、输刺,以经络、经筋理论为指导,结合现代骨膜组织学、神经生理学等多个学科,经过四十余年的临床实践,创立触骨针法。触骨针法是在针刺时针尖抵达骨膜或紧贴骨膜进针,进针后施加震颤等行针手法,具有得气迅速、针感显著等特点,在治疗肩周炎、偏头痛等顽固性痛症方面疗效较好。通过剖析触骨针法的渊源、理论依据,概括触骨针法在临床应用中的取穴、治疗原则和操作手法,为临床治疗痛症提供新的针刺治疗思路。The high prevalence of painful diseases and long duration of illness seriously affect people’s daily life.The commonly used clinical analgesic drugs have limitations such as drug resistance,adverse reactions.Based on the short stabbing and infusion,guided by the theory of Jingluo and Jingjin combined with modern periosteum histology,neurophysiology and other disciplines,more than 40 years of clinical practice,created bone contact needle method.Bone contact needle method reaches periosteum or closes the periosteum during acupuncture,the needle technique such as tremor is used after the needle entry,which has characteristics of rapid Qi and significant needle sensation.In the treatment of shoulder periarthritis,migraine and other intractable pain,the curative effect is better.By analyzing origin and theoretical basis of the bone contact acupuncture method,and summarizes acupuncture principles,treatment principles and operation methods of the bone contact acupuncture method in clinical application.It provided a new acupuncture treatment method for clinical treatment of pain.
