针刺联合生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不尽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不尽效果。方法:选取60例产后恶露不尽患者,按信封随机法分为生化汤组、针药组,每组30例。生化组患者给予生化汤加减治疗,针药组患者给予针刺联合生化汤治疗。分别于7、14 d后复查子宫B超,并比较两组患者子宫三径之和、宫腔残留物面积、血性恶露持续时间、临床疗效。结果:治疗14 d后,针药组总有效率为93.33%,高于生化汤组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后针药组子宫三径、宫腔残留物面积小于生化组,而恶露持续时间则较短,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合生化汤加减可促进产妇宫腔残留物排出及子宫恢复,加速恶露排出,缓解临床症状。Objective:To explore clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modified Shenghua decoction in treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea.Methods:60 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea were divided into Shenghua decoction group and acupuncture and drug group according to envelope randomization method,30 cases in each group.The patients in Shenghua decoction group were treated with Shenghua decoction,and the acupuncture and drug group treated with acupuncture combined with Shenghua decoction.After 7 d and 14 d,uterine ultrasound was reviewed.The sum of three diameter of uterus,residual area of uterine cavity,duration of lochia haemorrhagica and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 d treatment,the total effective rate of the acupuncture and drug group was 93.33%higher than the Shenghua decoction group 76.67%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the three diameter of uterus and residual area of uterine cavity in the acupuncture and drug group were smaller than those in the Shenghua decoction group,and the duration of lochia was shorter,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with modified Shenghua decoction can promote discharge of maternal uterine residues promote recovery of the uterus accelerate discharge of lochia and relieve clinical symptoms.
