津沽脏腑推拿治疗围绝经期膝骨关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)为可活动关节的退行性改变,膝关节是原发性骨关节炎的主要受累部位之一。膝骨关节炎(KOA)在女性中的发病率及损伤程度高于男性,且围绝经期与KOA的发生发展息息相关。围绝经期膝骨关节炎的发生发展源于激素震荡,中医认为其根本是太冲脉衰少。津沽脏腑推拿作为中医传统疗法的一部分,在调理更年期综合征方面有其独特作用。通过施术于腹部,借助腹部特定腧穴,手法补泻,调节脏腑经络,通过刺激腹地,以不同的按压层次、按压时间调节下肢血液循环,直接或间接地改善卵巢功能,平稳激素分泌的紊乱状态,缓解围绝经期膝痹症状。津沽脏腑推拿尤重伏冲之脉,故临床以补充加强膝关节局部推拿手法进行针对性治疗。此研究拟探讨脏腑推拿在围绝经期膝骨关节炎中的防治作用,为临床观察、治疗拓展新思路。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative disease that happened in movable joints.Knee is one of the main parts involved in primary osteoarthritis.The incidence and damage degree of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in females are often higher than those in males.The perimenopausal period is closely related to the incidence of KOA.Occurrence and development of knee osteoarthritis in perimenopausal period is due to the oscillation of hormones.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the root cause lies in the lack of Taichong.As a part of traditional Chinese medicine,Jingu Zangfu massage has unique role in regulating climacteric syndrome.It mainly regulates the viscera and meridians of the human body with the help of specific acupoints in the abdomen and manipulative toning and purging.It can stimulate the abdomen to adjust the lower limb blood circulation at different levels and times of pressure.It can directly or indirectly improve ovarian function,stabilize hormone secretion disorder,relieve symptoms of perimenopausal knee arthritis.Jingu Zangfu massage is especially heavy on Fuchong Mai.Therefore,clinical supplement to strengthen the knee joint local massage for targeted treatment.This study aims to explore effect of Zangfu massage on prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in perimenopausal period,developing new ideas for clinical observation and treatment.
