摘　　要：目的 了解我院质子泵抑制剂药物(PPIs)的使用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法 借助美康合理用药管理系统,回顾性分析2021年1~12月安康市中医医院38 686例出院患者的PPIs使用情况,并从中随机抽取300例出院患者的病历资料,依据药物选择、适应证、药物疗程等方面评价用药合理性。结果 38 686例出院患者中使用PPIs药物患者共7 966例,占20.59%,其中PPIs药物中使用数量最多、金额占比最高的药物为注射用奥美拉唑;300例患者中不合理用药共139例,占46.33%。结论 我院PPI使用率较高,且存在部分不合理用药现象,需制定相关干预方案,并加强临床监管。Objective To analyze the use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical rational application.Methods The use of PPIs among 38686 patients who were discharged from Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January and December 2021 was analyzed retrospec-tively using PASS PharmAssist.The medical records of 300 discharged patients were randomly selected.The rationali-ty of drug use was evaluated from perspectives of the selection,indications,and course of drugs.Results Among the 38686 patients,there were 7966 patients treated with PPIs,accounting for 20.59%.The top PPI that cost the most was omeprazole for injection.Among the 300 patients,there were 139 cases of irrational drug use,accounting for 46.33%.Conclusion The usage rate of PPI in our hospital is high,and there exists irrational drug use.It is necessary to formu-late relevant intervention plan and strengthen clinical supervision.
