扶正解毒汤联合艾灸治疗肺癌术后化疗患者的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析扶正解毒汤联合艾灸在肺癌术后化疗中的作用。方法 回顾性研究2021年1月至2023年1月的90例肺癌术后化疗患者,根据用药方式分组,对照组(45例)接受艾灸疗法,观察组(45例)基于对照组联合扶正解毒汤,对比中医证候积分、肺功能、血液流变学、免疫功能和生存质量。结果 两组用药后中医证候积分、生存质量评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平低于用药前,用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速值、CD8^(+)水平高于用药前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、生存质量评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速值、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 艾灸联合扶正解毒汤可降低肺癌术后化疗患者中医症状积分,利于肺功能恢复,改善血液流变学和免疫功能,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with moxibustion in postoperative chemotherapy of lung cancer.Methods Ninety patients with postoperative chemotherapy of lung cancer from January 2021 to January 2023 were studied retrospectively,and were divided groups according to medication method,control group(45 cases)accepted moxibustion,and observation group(45 cases)accepted Fuzheng Jiedu decoction based on control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,lung function,hemorheology,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of two groups were lower than before treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,peak expiratory flow velocity value,CD8+level were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index and CD8+level in observation group were lower than control group,and forced lung capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,peak expiratory flow rate values,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with moxibustion can reduce the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine of chemotherapy patients after lung cancer,facilitate the recovery of lung function,improve blood rheology and immune function,also can improve the quality of life.
