眉下缘双平面固定联合三点微创重睑成形术对受术者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨眉下缘双平面固定应用于三点微创重睑成形术的临床效果。方法 对2020年1月至2023年1月医院收治的84例重睑成形术受术者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将接受眉下缘双平面固定联合三点微创重睑成形术者纳入联合组(37例),将接受单纯微创重睑成形术者纳入对照组(47例)。比较术后1周、术后1个月时两组皱褶形态变化,分析两组手术基本指标、并发症发生情况及主观满意度。结果 术后1个月时,两组皱褶宽度偏差与眼周肿胀程度评分均较术后1周下降,且联合组皱褶宽度偏差低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月内,联合组皱褶变浅/松脱、凹陷性/增生性瘢痕发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);而对重睑线线型流畅、重睑沟宽/深度自然、闭眼无痕满意度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 眉下缘双平面固定联合三点微创重睑成形术能改善受术者皱褶形态,降低部分并发症发生风险,且安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of superciliary lower ridge biplane fixation in three-point minimally invasive blepharoplasty.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 84 patients undergoing blepharoplasty admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.The patients accepted superciliary lower ridge biplane fixation combined with three-point minimally invasive blepharoplasty were included in combined group(37 cases),and the patients accepted simple minimally invasive blepharoplasty were included in control group(47 cases).The wrinkle morphological changes were compared between the two groups at 1 week and 1 month after operation.The basic surgical indexes,occurrence of complications and subjective satisfaction were analyzed in the two groups.Results At 1 month after operation,the scores of wrinkle width deviation and periocular swelling degree in the two groups were lower than those at 1 week after operation,and the wrinkle width deviation in combined group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The operative time in combined group was longer than that in control group(P<0.05).Within 3 months after operation,the incidence rates of wrinkle shallowing/loosening and depressed/proliferative scar in combined group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of linear flow of double eyelid line,natural furrow width/depth of double eyelid and traceless closed eye and total score were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Superciliary lower ridge biplane fixation combined with three-point minimally invasive blepharoplasty can effectively improve the wrinkle morphology,reduce the risk of some complications,and is safe and effective.
