摘　　要：目的 探讨运营助理模式在手术室工作效率提升中的应用效果。方法 设置运营助理岗位,由运营助理牵头成立手术室工作效率提升管理小组,具体实施措施包括:加强各部门协作、充分利用信息化技术、采用时间节点管理、实施绩效考核激励机制等。比较运营助理模式实施前后1个月内首台手术准时开台率和连台手术接台时间。结果 运营助理模式实施后首台手术准时开台率由57.87%提高到95.77%(P<0.001),连台手术接台时间由(52.51±23.15)min缩短至(48.32±20.16)min(P<0.001)。结论 运营助理模式可提高工作人员时间观念,提升手术室工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of specialist operation assistant mode in the operating room for improving efficiency.Methods Set up the post of specialist operation assistant,the team for improving management efficiency of operating room was formed by the specialist operation assistant.These measures included inter-departmental collaboration was strengthened,information technology was fully utilized,a method of time management based on the process node was used,the performance appraisal system was implemented.The on-time operation rate of the first operation and the interval of consecutive operations within one month before and after the implementation of the mode were compared.Results The on-time operation rate of the first operation increased from 57.87%to 95.77%(P<0.001),the interval of consecutive operation was reduced from(52.51±23.15)minutes to(48.32±20.16)minutes after the specialist operation assistant mode was implemented(P<0.001).Conclusion The specialist operation assistant mode can improve the staff’s sense of time and the efficiency of operating room.
