曲普瑞林联合复方醋酸棉酚片治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究采用曲普瑞林联合复方醋酸棉酚片治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的效果。方法 选取漯河市郾城区中医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的98例EMS患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院号,分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号),各49例。两组均接受孕三烯酮治疗,在此基础上,对照组接受复方醋酸棉酚片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受曲普瑞林治疗。治疗6个月后,比较两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前、治疗6个月后雌激素水平[促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]、实验室指标[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)]以及两组治疗期间不良反应情况。结果 治疗6个月后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组E_(2)、FSH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组E_(2)、FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组CA125、VEGF、EMAb水平均低于治疗前,且观察组CA125、VEGF、EMAb水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 曲普瑞林联合复方醋酸棉酚片治疗EMS患者效果显著,可降低患者雌激素水平,抑制异位组织生长,且安全性较好。Objective To study the effect of triptorelin combined with compound gossypol acetate tablets in the treatment of endometriosis(EMS).Methods A total of 98 patients with EMS admitted to Luohe Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,according to the number list of patients at admission,they were divided into a control group(odd number)and an observation group(even number),with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with gestrinone,on this basis,the control group was treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with triptorelin on the basis of the control group.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the levels of estrogen[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))],laboratory indexes[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),anti endometrial antibody(EMAb)]before and 6 months after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of E_(2) and FSH in both groups decreased,and the levels of E_(2) and FSH in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of CA125,VEGF and EMAb in both groups decreased,and the levels of CA125,VEGF and EMAb in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Triptorelin combined with compound gossypol acetate tablets has significant effect in the treatment of patients with EMS,which can reduce the level of estrogen,inhibit the growth of ectopic tissues of patients,and has high safety.
