安宁疗护模式在肿瘤科癌症晚期中年患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨在肿瘤科癌症晚期中年患者中实施安宁疗护的效果。方法 本研究以2022年2月至2023年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的100例晚期癌症患者为研究对象,随机进行对照组、试验组划分,对照组接受常规的照护,试验组在上述措施基础上联合接受安宁疗护,比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前,两组的抑郁负性情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后1个月,试验组的抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组在Barthel评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后1个月,试验组得分较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组的疼痛未缓解率为12.0%,对照组的疼痛未缓解率为52.0%,试验组的疼痛未缓解率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 安宁疗护能够减轻晚期癌症患者的负性情绪,提高生活能力,缓解疼痛程度,适用于临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of implementing hospice care for middle-aged advanced cancer patients in the oncology department.Methods In this study,100 patients with advanced cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and the control group and the experimental group were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional care,and the experimental group received combined hospice care based on the above measures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in depressive negative emotion scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after nursing,the depression score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Barthel score between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after nursing,the score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pain unrelieved rate of the experimental group was 12.0%,and that of the control group was 52.0%,and the pain unrelieved rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospice care can alleviate the negative emotions of advanced cancer patients,improve their ability to live,and alleviate pain levels,making it suitable for clinical promotion.
