摘 要:安全壳整体泄漏率试验采用pVTt法间接测量安全壳气体质量,其准确性与测温点布置方案有明显关系。本文针对一个自由容积为63606 m3的安全壳建立计算流体力学(CFD)仿真模型,分析升压和稳压过程其内部流场和温度场分布特性,比较测温点布置方案对测量结果准确性的影响。研究结果表明,安全壳内流场与温度场强耦合,流动越弱的区域温度越高。受内部构筑物影响,稳压40 min后,流动较弱的隔间与自由空间的温差仍有2℃左右。通过温度分区特征细化测温点布置方案,空气总质量的测量精度提高了0.1%。本文还定量比较了针对某不良测点的几种容积合并方案,建议拟合并的代表容积应与原容积具有相似流动特性或较好连通性,以减少测量偏差。该研究结果可以为安全壳整体密封性试验优化提供有效指导。The pVTt method is used to measure the mass of the containment gas indirectly in the containment leakage rate test,and the measuring accuracy is obviously affected by the layout scheme of temperature sensors.In this paper,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation model of the containment vessel containing 63,606 m3 free volume is established.The distribution characteristics of its internal flow field and temperature field in the processes of pressure boosting and stabilizing are analyzed,and the influence of temperature sensors arrangement on the measuring accuracy is quantitatively studied.The results show that the flow field and temperature field in the containment are strongly coupled,and the weaker the flow is,the higher the temperature is.Affected by the internal structure layout,the temperature difference between the compartment with the weak flow and the free space is still about 2℃after 40 minutes of pressure stabilization.After rearranging the temperature sensors according to the temperature distribution,the measuring accuracy of the total air mass is improved by 0.1%compared with the original scheme.In addition,several volume combination schemes for a bad measuring point were compared quantitatively,and it was suggested that the representative volume to be combined should have similar flow characteristics or better connectivity with the original volume to reduce measurement deviation.This work provides an effective guidance for the optimization of the containment integral leakage rate test.
