摘 要:对生产煤样进行工业分析,对使用矿粉进行化学分析和粒度分析。对碳铁复合炉料制备进行了探索性试验,结果表明:炭化后所有样品均发生黏结,配加肥煤炭化后的样品融合在一起,中间产生了很大的孔洞;配加1/3焦煤的样品发生了部分融合;配加焦煤和瘦煤的样品发生的主要是界面黏结。配加焦煤、瘦煤和肥煤的样品的转化率均在70%以上,配加气煤和1/3焦煤的样品的转化率在70%以下。碳铁复合炉料中除了配加气煤的样品的固定碳含量为42.4%之外,其他煤样制备的碳铁复合炉料的固定碳含量均为50%~62%,与传统焦炭固定碳含量相比要低。炭化后样品的金属化率最高的为配加王家岭瘦煤样品,其次为配加宝资焦煤样品,而金属化率最低的为配加官桥气煤样品。由于样品中的铁具有很好的催化作用,反应过程中样品结构被严重破坏,样品发生了严重粉化;与传统焦炭相比,碳铁复合炉料反应后强度较差。The proximate analysis of some production coal samples was conducted,chemical analysis and particle size analysis were implemented on the use of mineral powder.An exploratory experiment on the preparation of carbon iron composite was carried out.The results showed that all samples underwent adhesion after carbonization.The samples including fat coal after carbonization were fused together and some large voids had formed in the middle of the samples.The samples including 1/3 coking coal had undergone partial fusion.Interfacial bonding occurred mainly in the samples added with coking coal and lean coal.The conversion rates of coking coal,lean coal and fat coal were all above 70%,but that of gas coal and 1/3 coking coal were below 70%.The fixed carbon content of carbon iron composite from other coals was 50%-62%except that of carbon iron composite from gas coal was 42.4%.Compared to traditional coke,the fixed carbon content was lower.The sample with the highest metallization rate after carbonization was the Wangjialing lean coal sample.The sample with the second metallization rate after carbonization was the Baozi coking coal sample.The sample with the lowest metallization rate after carbonization was the Guanqiao gas coal sample.Due to the excellent catalytic effect of iron in the sample,the structure of the sample was severely damaged and the sample underwent serious pulverization during the reaction process.Compared to traditional coke,the strength of carbon iron composite after reaction was poorer.
