摘  要:热轧轧制节奏控制(MPC)功能使用,改善了原先由人工控制抽钢节奏造成的偏差,有效保证了轧制节奏的均衡,避免操作人员对现场生产的过度干预,不仅提升了热轧轧线的自动化水平,而且提高了轧制稳定性,对热轧产能与产品质量都有一定程度的提高。针对某热轧1580 mm产线生产节奏控制存在的问题,围绕轧制节奏控制原理、MPC模型开发、模型预报精度提升等方面开展研究及论述,通过模型的应用提升产线轧制节奏控制水平。The use of the hot rolling rhythm control(MPC)function improves the deviation caused by manual pumping rhythm,effectively ensures the balance of rolling rhythm,reduces energy consumption,and avoids the excessive intervention of operators on-site production,not only improves the automation level of the hot rolling line,but also improves the rolling stability.The production capacity and product quality of hot rolling have been improved to some extent.Aiming at the problems existing in the production rhythm control of the 1580 mm hot rolling production line,the rolling rhythm control principle,MPC model development,and model prediction accuracy improvement were studied and discussed,and the rolling rhythm control level was improved through the application of models.
