摘  要:提升热连轧带钢厚度精度一直是提高产品质量的主要目标。根据弹跳方程,从厚度控制原理方面阐述了自动厚度控制(automatic gauge control,AGC)补偿对于厚度控制的理论影响,并结合薄材酸洗钢头部易发的超薄现象,从F7通板后的AGC介入的3个阶段展开分析了厚度控制异常的机理原因,通过对于精轧AGC补偿量及小套量保护逻辑的控制优化,从理论与现场实际有效地结合,改善了头部厚度异常现象。Improving the thickness accuracy of hot continuous rolling strips has always been the main goal of improving product quality.According to the bouncing equation,the theoretical influence of AGC compensation on thickness control is discussed from the principle of thickness control.Combined with the ultra-thin phenomenon of thin pickling steel heads,the mechanism of abnormal thickness control is analyzed from the three stages of AGC intervention after F7 passing through the plate.Through the control optimization of AGC compensation and small set protection logic in finishing rolling,the abnormal phenomenon of head thickness is improved effectively by combining theory with field practice.
