摘　　要：宝钢焦炉装煤车原有取盖装置采用单油缸驱动,限位定位,使用时存在对炉顶冲击大、炉盖关不平等问题。改造后的取盖装置将原有的S型轨道改为平移和垂直两个轨道,采用了双油缸驱动,分别控制揭盖机的前后和上下动作,油缸内置传感器替代限位来定位。同时将原有的揭盖机上下控制程序改为揭盖机上下和前后两个控制程序,完善了相应的半自动控制程序、走行连锁程序、应急控制程序和控制画面,实现了取盖装置的一键自动动作,动作平稳,对炉顶无冲击。The original lid removal device of the Baosteel coke oven coal charging car adopts single cylinder drive,limit positioning.There are some problems such as a large impact on the furnace roof and unequal closing of the furnace lid.The renovated lid removal device changes the original S-shaped track to two tracks,translation and vertical,and adopts double cylinder drive,the two cylinders respectively control the front and rear and up and down actions of the capping machine,and the built-in sensor of the cylinder replaces the limit position to position.At the same time,the original up and down control programs of the capping machine were changed to the up and down and front and rear control programs,and the corresponding semi-automatic control program,the walking chain program,the emergency control program and the control screen were improved.The one-key automatic action of the lid removal device was realized,and the action was stable and there was no impact on the furnace roof.
